A few basic housekeeping points here to help the Academy and your sessions run as smoothly as possible so we can best serve you. In starting lessons at the Asena Guitar Academy it is reasonably assumed that you have read and accept them. If they change at any point, all current students will be notified of the changes by email.

• Any payments or bookings need to go through the Asena Guitar Academy and not through the Tree Of Life Centre.
• We ask for a minimum of one week’s notice by email to move or cancel a lesson. Under a week’s notice the lesson is still charged.
• It is the student’s responsibility to bring a usable guitar, the written music they are working on and any workbooks being used. Without these the lesson may not be able to take place and will still be charged.
• Late payment is charged at 10% per week after the lesson date.
• In the rare cases we reserve the right to discontinue tuition without disclosing any reasons.
